  We wish all fitness products "hit the spot" and "ticked the boxes" like this one. Of course there are better rowers - at a price; and yes, there are cheaper machines - but usually at the expense of perfromance, quality and feel.The Oxford II is simply outstanding value for money and allows you to perform a rowing exercise smoothly and in good style. Inevitably it gets compared with a Concept 2 because it has air/fan resistance. Is it as good as a Concept 2? Of course not. The Concept 2 is the benchmark of air rowers, a full commercial machine. If you want a Concept 2 buy a Concept 2, even if you have to save up for a while, otherwise you`ll end up disappointed, no matter how good the Oxford II rower is.So, if you want a really good rowing machine to get fit on at home without breaking the bank, we think this is the best one to choose. Downside? Its a long machine - be sure it will fit. And remember its a fan which creates the resistance, so its a little noisy - not a lot though (not like a treadmill) but we just want you to be aware of it. Finally, most people put the seat on the wrong round when they assemble it - you`ll know if you do, the monitor doesn`t work properly until the seat`s the right way round.The Oxford II CS provides feedback on time, heart rate, distance, calories, strokes and counter (per minute).EXTREMELY GOOD VALUE AT THIS PRICE AND THEREFORE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY US.Home Warranty: Lifetime on Frame, 3 Years Parts and Labour.Limited Commercial Warranty: 1 year frame, parts & labour.
