Everything you consume contains calories, and everything you do uses calories, including breathing, talking, sleeping and digesting food. Any exercise in addition to what you normally do will burn those extra calories and encourage weight loss.

Controlling the number of calories you expend through exercise with the calories you eat will help you achieve your reach and maintain your weight. The key to successful weight loss and improved overall health is making exercise a part of your routine.
